Outdoor Dining in Heated Domes

Forage Kitchen:

Garden Igloo Domes are now available for reservation at Hilldale! You’ll have access to the exclusive Garden Dome Menu and the usual Kitchen Menu.

Reservations: The time each reservation has available inside the igloo is limited to 75 minutes. There is a discounted $10 fee attached to each reservation for the first two weeks. Capacity is 6 per igloo but you only need to put down 1 for the party size, since the space is yours no matter what.

Ordering: Please either call the restaurant at (608) 819-6223 or go inside to order once you arrive at the restaurant. If you choose to phone your order, we will cart your food and knock on the igloo when it is placed outside.

Café Hollander:

Each Dome seats up to six guests. Children are allowed (at least one guest must be 21+). You’ll have 90 min to enjoy your private outdoor winter experience. Please arrive no more than 5 minutes early to check-in, due to limited indoor capacity and waiting areas. BYOB (BRING YOUR OWN BLANKET) Cozy up with your favorite blanket and bring games from home. We’ll provide the rest.

When you book your Dome, you will select additional food and beverage options that can be waiting in your winter experience when you arrive, or served in courses during your experience. View the menu here.
