Host your group at Hilldale this Holiday

We are looking to spread holiday cheer! We would love to host you at Hilldale in December for festive entertainment or to raise awareness for your organization.

We will have a festive spot for your group to set up. You could use it as you wish – it would be a great place for live music, an informational booth, volunteer recruiting or pass out hot chocolate to collect donations!

The details:

• Dates: December 12-24
• Times: 2-4 hour time blocks between 10am-8pm
• Location: Outdoor in our “Hilldale Holiday Hut”: a 15x15ft heated canopy tent set up near our Holiday Tree by Café Hollander.
  • Decorated and ready for you to use!
  • Power is available and we have chairs, folding tables, sign holders and more for you to use.

Use ideas:

• Collect donations (jackets, mittens, books, school supplies, etc.)
• You could bring a choir to carol
• Volunteer recruiting and informational resources
• Provide festive, family friendly music
• Kids crafts
• You could promote an upcoming event
• You could host a story time

Please note- For the safety of all- monetary donations should be collected cashless – for example via QR code linked to a website credit card/paypal donations.
