Celebrate Earth Day

Sat, April 22 | 12 PM - 5 PM | Free

When it comes to protecting our environment, the little things matter. From planting a tree to finally remembering that reusable cup, simple, everyday actions can make a big difference.

Join us on Earth Day for green-filled fun!

🌨 WEATHER UPDATE

Unfortunately, due to the weather and future forecast, the activities on The Green have ended early. This includes music from Myles Talbott Dyad and kids activities with Creando Explorertorium. You can still visit Wildewood Shop until 3 PM for seed planting in-store as well as free samples and Earth Day lessons at Lush from 2-4 PM. Goodwill of South Central Wisconsin is still collecting donations until 5 PM.

♻️ Electronics Recycling with Goodwill of South Central Wisconsin from 12-5 PM

In partnership with Hilldale, Goodwill of South Central Wisconsin is joining our Earth Day event with a mobile donation site! Bring your electronics to Hilldale to be safely and responsibly recycled for FREE. Look for the Goodwill truck located in the south parking lot across from The Great Dane.

Goodwill CAN take computers, laptops, monitors, mice, hard drives, telephones, cell phones, printers, scanners, shredders, cables, speakers, record players, stereo equipment, VCRs, DVD players, video games/gaming systems, electronic children’s toys, cameras/camcorders…and even holiday strong lights. No tube TVs, please. Learn more here. Clear out the clutter and drop your donations before you shop.

When you donate to Goodwill of South Central Wisconsin, you help support stable housing opportunities and employment support for people with disabilities in our local community while keeping over 11 million pounds of items out of the landfill every year.

🌱 Seed Planting with Wildewood from 12-3 PM
