Job Requirements

As a Shop Associate, you are the first impression our customer gets when they walk through our doors. You are outgoing and welcoming. You have some knowledge and experience with retail. You get along well with others, are hardworking, and always eager to lend a helping hand. You take pride in our shop and products and it shows. Major plus for those who love houseplants, know a lot about them, or are excited to learn!

Responsibilities

You provide an excellent customer experience from start to finish by:

• Welcoming and greeting our customers warmly

• Offering knowledgeable plant suggestions based on available light and desired level of maintenance

• Suggesting vessels and potting selections

• Processing purchases at point of sale

• Sharing knowledge on plant care and other products

• Troubleshooting plant care issues

You keep our shop and products looking their best by:

• Adhering to weekly watering and treatment schedule for plants

• Regularly cleaning

• Restocking and tidying merchandise

• Receiving, pricing, and product placement
