Job Requirements

• Establish and communicate clear expectations
• Perform and oversees basic operational activities such as opening and closing duties and merchandise flow process.
• Supervises associates engaged in sales.
• Maintain standards in merchandise handling, presentation ,loss prevention, and all other duties directed by Management.
• Fluent in all aspects of product knowledge.

Skills

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year retail or sales management experience preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Excellent communication, verbal and written skills
• Excellent customer service skills Able to communicate with customers

Special Requirements

• Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
• Constant walking/ standing 67%- 100% of the time
