As a Burn Boot Camp Gym Manager, you will be a part of a dynamic team that positively affects the lives of our members and trial guests daily! This position is responsible for the operation and success of a fast-paced, high-energy fitness facility while building relationships with Burn members and the community to grow brand awareness and create an empowering and supportive environment that is inclusive for all.

Responsibilities and Duties

Create and maintain a welcoming and energetic atmosphere for all members and prospective members

Facilitate, track, and maintain the customer journey from inquiry and convert to a membership

Respond to all inquiries on social media, text, phone, and email

Curate social media content daily to keep members engaged and promote brand awareness and respond to post comments Schedule and oversee all Burn Ambassador shifts Track statistics and reports

Facilitate and resolve member requests, issues, and concerns

Order, track and maintain inventory

Oversee cleanliness and maintenance of facility

Facilitate equipment repair and ordering


Qualifications and Skills

Excellent verbal, organizational, and written communication skills

Enthusiastic, energetic, personable and friendly disposition

Passion for health and wellness

Team player

Proficient in PC, Google Documents, and Outlook

Mindbody experience a plus!

Have a high level of understanding and presence in social media

Ability to workout 2-3 camps per week in order to effectively explain the workout to prospective clients Physical Demands Continual standing and walking during shift Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift Must be able to occasionally lift up to 75 lbs
